Membership in the chamber is required to participate in any of our events as a vendor. If you are not a current chamber member and want to participate, please contact the chamber office at 530-902-7699 for information on how to participate.

Once completed and submitted, this vendor agreement confirms your booth at the event. Payment is due at the time of registration.
Please note that there will be an additional document with information required from you listed. You will be emailed a copy of this vendor agreement prior to the event.
TERMS: This event is rain or shine. Vendor booth fees are non-refundable for vendor-initiated cancellations or no shows.
Vendors will not be permitted to set up unless they have made full payment and provided proof of insurance.
• Security is the responsibility of each vendor. The Davis Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for loss or
damage to vendor booth for any reason.
• Vendor space is non-transferable without the express/written consent of a chamber staff member.
TIPS:
• Bring weights / sandbags to hold tents, papers, and other items in case of wind,
• Consider bringing zip ties, safety pins, bungee cords, and packing tape for displays and signage.
BOOTH RULES: Booth assignments are made by the Davis Chamber of Commerce staff based on operational and space requirements for the event. While we try to accommodate space location requests, they are not guaranteed.
Booth spaces are for individual vendors and may not be shared. All vendors are individually responsible for the collection and payment of any state and local taxes on items sold.
